Since 2016, Odido has worked on delivering personalized experiences across all touchpoints. Together we built a strategy around Next Best Action (NBA)—predicting the most relevant step for each customer using behavioral, transactional, and CRM data.

The answer was Maestro, a cloud-based platform that orchestrates customer journeys across every channel. From websites and apps to outbound communication and customer care, Maestro ensures customers receive the right message at the right moment.

Powered by BlueConic, the Customer Data Platform, Maestro connects customer data from all Odido brands. This creates a 360° profile of each individual, enabling real-time personalization across millions of interactions.
